I barely was able to walk around the food store on tuesday, and barely able to clean two bikes tonight...after my 3 day riding weekend. However, I am in formal training for the stage race referred to as Philly Beer Week starting this weekend.
40 some miles at rays sounds rigoddamndiculous after 100+ miles in Rothrock. Keep it going!
