Re-Entry?

It's been rough so far!

Awake for over 19 hours on Friday with all the travelling and time changes,
Saturday was laundry, groceries and unpacking,
The bikes are still in pieces in the basement...

We did watch two movies, though. Donna was sick with whatever it was that had the other two ladies down during the trip so she was napping and sipping hot beverages, mostly. She's feeling somewhat better this morning, though.

This morning? It's a two crockpot kinda day. And listening to Glas Vegas.

Lots of our own tomatoes in one for future soup and sauce...

And a pork shoulder going into the other for carnitas later! Yeah!

We'll get more stories and pics up soon. We have bunches of pics to organize, caption, and upload to Smug. Stay tuned!

Oh yeah, and I plan to look into moving the No Handlebars blog content over here in the near future.

This One's for The Fowlers

Glasgow

We made it to Glasgow (Glazz Go) finally and it is 11:40 here and 6:40 at home and on our internal clocks. Flight was ok---didn't sleep for very long. Once we got here and all found each other, we took a taxi to the Kelvingrove Hotel and set out on a journey to find some good hot breakfast and coffee! With our bellies full, we walked around a bit to try to kill some time before checking in, but we were just told it won't be until about 2pm until we can get in, so I think we may head to the Kelvingrove Museum about 2 blocks away.

Tonight the plan is "Mother Earth" for dinner, supposedly a really good Indian restaurant about 2 blocks the other way from our hotel.

Weather is cloudy and cool---IT'S WONDERFUL!!

No pics right now--can't figure out how to link to the WI-FI yet...
